Tenants: Thinking of renting?
We hope that you will be able to find a suitable property to rent with us and that we can guide you through the lettings process until you are happily moved into your new home, or even longer if you choose a property managed by us.
To rent a property through Sewell & Gardner lettings is simple... We try to make the renting experience as straightforward as possible, so please download our comprehensive 'Tenancy Application Form' and make sure you read the information thoroughly and contact us if there is anything you do not understand. You can telephone the lettings department on 01923 721900 during the office hours stated below, or you can register you interest here (go to register with us) and a member of our team will be in touch shortly.
All of the charges you will incur prior to moving in, or whilst you are living in the property, are listed within this document, but if you are uncertain, please speak to a member of staff BEFORE YOU MAKE AN OFFER on a property with us. We will happily work out the exact amount of money you will need prior to moving in, so do not hesitate to ask.
Register to find a suitable property
Before we are able to find you somewhere to rent, we will need to know the following information:
- Your contact details
- What type of property you wish to rent (eg. flat, house, bungalow)
- How many bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms you require, whether you need outside space, car parking
- Where you need to be located, town, countryside, close to transport links, station, bus routes
- What your budget is
We will then notify you of any suitable properties available and all new property details can be sent direct to your mobile phone via a text message or emailed to an address of your choice, if you provide us with the relevant contact details. If you have a Facebook account, then become a 'fan' of our page and all of our new listings come up daily, along with interesting facts about our team, the rental market and, of course, the offers you will be eligible for when you become a Sewell & Gardner tenant and receive our Reward Card.
Our extended opening hours mean that viewings are conducted, by our experienced negotiators during office hours and outside of these hours by mutual agreement via advanced booking:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm
