We will list your property on the top property portal, Rightmove, and premium list all properties as standard. All properties are listed with professional photography, including aerial drone images on larger properties, and floor plans. We create a virtual viewing video for all properties providing viewers with an opportunity to have a look at the house online before physically visiting the property. We find this is incredibly useful for out of the area buyers and investors and it also ensures that those who attend physical viewings are genuinely interested in the property. These videos are posted on our YouTube channel, website and are mailed out to our database to ensure maximum exposure. We have an active blog on which you can see market updates and top tips on every thing to do with the buying or selling process and use facebook to engage with our local community.


Despite embracing digital marketing we still maintain the importance of hitting the phones. As we are the only agent with offices in Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Chorleywood and Watford, we have a large database of applicants looking to buy in the area and make sure that we call out every new instruction as soon as it comes on. Demand is so high at the moment that many properties don’t even make it online before someone on our database has secured them.

We feature properties in Optima magazine which is delivered fortnightly to over 42,000 households in the surrounding area and is, in our opinion, the most effective local press advertising locally.

I joined the Sewell & Gardner team in 2013 after graduating from the University of Leeds. My role involves developing a marketing strategy to promote the S&G brand and the services that we offer. I work closely with our Designer and Head of Media Production to ensure that we have high quality and innovative marketing campaigns across various on and offline platforms. I am also responsible for analysing the response we get from campaigns and monitoring the influence this has on branch performance.
